we closed a big enough project to “justify” opening a company. Oh, and our office was a desk at the Founder’s house.

We move into our very first proper office – and it's not in any of our homes! – right in the North's most iconic address: Avenida dos Aliados.

We launch our Org Model handbook, the result of several months of work, setting the foundations for Pixelmatters’ growth in the years to come. This includes transparent internal Salary Tables for the first time.
