Evolving Pixelmatters’ culture for the future
Here are the new principles that push us to be even better while staying true to who we are.

Every once in a while, I believe it's important to look at ourselves in the mirror and ask: does what we’re showcasing externally actually represent who we are and what we do right now?
That’s the exercise we’ve made sometime last year, and the answer was quite obvious: no. And the reasons were:
Organizationally, 2024 was the most disruptive year we have ever had. Not only did we have a re-org, as we also updated our cultural manifesto. These two things, especially when combined, result in a completely new cultural vibe that was yet to be represented visually.
We felt that our work is now better, more impressive, and more mature than it was a few years ago. Also, I strongly believe that in the age of AI, a digital product studio’s market credibility is one of the main things that sets it apart from others. The track record. We believe ours is quite unique, so bringing that into the spotlight was very much needed.
In addition to the above, we also wanted our new website to start paving the way for our upcoming AI offerings, our soft landing in Portugal initiative, as well as being more transparent with our commercial models and pricing, managing expectations upfront.
All in all, we set out to create a website that truly represents who we are today, with a glimpse of our tomorrow. We wanted it to be an immersive experience. One in which you can feel that someone cared about every detail. One that you can’t really vibe code!
We want(ed) it to be a statement. Proud of its past, confident about its present, but forward-looking — as we're extremely excited about the future.
